Shelley Automation has a large selection of component parts including rod, barrel and service kits for most imperial and metric hydraulic cylinders. 

Whatever hydraulic cylinder you have, Shelley Automation can repair it – double acting cylinders tend to be the most popular, however we also repair single acting, telescopic, multi-stage, tipper and more from manufacturers such as Parker, Hystat, Interfluid, Apex, Bosch Rexroth, Servocomandi and Jason Hydraulics.

Shelley Automation will promptly strip down, assess and quote for the repair.

For any repair enquiries please contact the office on 01484 860920 and an onsite evaluation of your cylinder can be arranged if required. Alternatively, if you prefer, cylinders can be dropped off at our Scissett unit.  Cylinders will need to be removed from a machine for a full evaluation but if you require a quick response whilst it is on a machine we will be able to give you a rough idea. 

We will let you know if we believe it is more economical to replace rather than repair the cylinder.   If a repair is viable we will strip and inspect all moving parts and offer a comprehensive quotation.

All repairs are guaranteed for a minimum of three months.
